My company had an issue with our key fobs and mag lock doors. The tech just came out and he's probably the best tech I have ever dealt with. Not just for our security system but in general. Super polite and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this specific tech.
I work for a company that does property management. This means when the public emergency phone lines go down I have to call Bright speed to come out and repair. I have 2 properties who have down emergency phone lines. I have been trying to get a service ticket for the last 3 days! The first time I called the automated service kept walking me around in circles and then it hung up on me. I called again and the girl said she couldn't hear me and hung up.
