Life changing! I can not recommend getting a therapist from bright spark enough. I’ve been seeing Lee for a few months and he has helped me work through the layers of thoughts and actions that have contributed to my decades of depression. I am finally living a life in line with my values and goals and now we are working together on refining those ideals into finding greater purpose.
