Very easy scheduling the appointment and the doctor was fine. I just needed a refill, so the doc could’ve been Kermit the Frog for all I cared. HOWEVER, Brightside, the company, sends me and each of my family members numerous text messages per day. It literally borders on harassment and I wish they’d stop.

I have been receiving treatment at Brightside for a few months. I went into this treatment scared. I was desperate and called to see if they have room for a new patient. They got me in an hour later and immediately started helping me get started with treatment. Once I met everyone I knew I was in the right place. Layla and Catherine at the front desk are the nicest girls and always make my day when I come in and wait to see my therapist mike who is the best therapist I have ever had and believe me I have had a lot of different therapists in my adult life.

I have been working with the clinical director, Mike Minella, for the past six months and he has helped me immensely with coping skills and innovative problem solving skills. He has taught me how to utilize mindfulness exercises and how to practice meditation for the obstacles that we all encounter through everyday life.
