Brightside Properties were great to work with. Very fair rental prices and prompt fixes when requested. Easy to communicate with as well. I’ve been moving a lot and renting for over 15 years and I haven’t had a better experience, highly recommend!
I've rented from Bright side properties for years after I moved here from Phoenix. I've lived two prior places and this was still my favorite place I've lived. Strong communication, integrity, and just caring when it came to questions or concerns. There was a fence that was not the most pleasing to the eye and they had someone come and put a legitimate brick wall, paid exclusively with neighbors assistance financially because it made us feel better. Please avoid this company and their scam. One rental property that he doesn’t even have up. He’s advertising on FB. Has no actual office and to top it off wants you to use a site to get info that uses your info to steal your application money for the fake property. Edit: now they are trying to keep up with their scam by their explanation as you can see.
