Very unorganized and unprofessional. The np does not know what she's doing. If you have to look in a book for medications, you need more studying, not giving medication to people.
When my therapist left, I was assigned a new one, no biggie. However when the rude therapist Martianna messaged me. She refused to work around my schedule, only offering me one time and day as an option, Mondays @ 1. I am a single mother who's child gets out of school @1:15, tell me how im gonna go to an appt and still get my son from school at the same time? I wouldn’t waste your time here. I told them everything I was going through plus I caught pneumonia during the Christmas break because I have latend tb it’s taking a while to go away an I’m a single mom an I haven’t had time to get back with them about a new appointment, when I had a medicine appointment the very next day an I was going to talk an schedule then but they couldn’t let me do that which makes no sense I’ve never missed a appointment before an if they actually listen !!!! 0/10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! My experience with them started off somewhat good, they seem friendly and everything right at first and in the beginning we were doing video calls... Finally I got to go in for a one-on-one in person, they sat me down in a room for almost over an hour while being videoed just to get the therapist on a video chat eventually....
