I told them everything I was going through plus I caught pneumonia during the Christmas break because I have latend tb it’s taking a while to go away an I’m a single mom an I haven’t had time to get back with them about a new appointment, when I had a medicine appointment the very next day an I was going to talk an schedule then but they couldn’t let me do that which makes no sense I’ve never missed a appointment before an if they actually listen !!!! 0/10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! My experience with them started off somewhat good, they seem friendly and everything right at first and in the beginning we were doing video calls... Finally I got to go in for a one-on-one in person, they sat me down in a room for almost over an hour while being videoed just to get the therapist on a video chat eventually.... I thought I was getting help, the reviews I initially read were 5 star, but after digging a little I now understand. I have a complaint that when I Googled for a psychiatrist Brightside came up. I read that they helped with medication since I’ve already been through therapy. I was trying to get through a difficult event. I haven’t had the need for meds in over 20 years. These reviews had me even questioning whether or not i should seek help here and i’m so happy i trusted my gut. they offer both a psychologist and a therapist and everyone had been very friendly. the online appointment process was pretty easy and i actually believe you can text that number as well but i’m not too sure. i’m very grateful for my experience so far. these other reviews do NOT do brightside the justice it deserves. i’m pretty sure there’s new staff compared to who the use to have too!
This is a scam. Was told to cancel appt. for a refund but there's no way to cancel and website no longer exists. Reporting and reversing charges with bank.
