In 2014, we hired Matt Raynor to complete the renovation of our kitchen. We had just fired the previous contractor. Our kitchen was in shambles. Purchased $200 gift card as a Christmas gift in 2023 and have made multiple phone calls and emails to try to schedule service with no response. I am out $200 and never received cleaning service. Very disappointing.
