To whom that may oversee the whole cooperation I would like to stress that I had a very bad experience at your academy on 2700 n 17th street with the director on my Observation Day 😡. For one she just put me inside a toddler classroom and left me standing in the middle of the floor she didn’t say how my day would look or what I’ll be doing I basically had to figure it out. My Son attended this location and i had to pull him out because’ the director Keisha Johnson was very nasty to me over a numerous times she would not give me the EIN number to file my taxes for co pay kept having her staff answer the phone. I heard her saying to one of her staff members she purposely don't speak to me that was the icing on the cake of why i pulled my son out. You complain they’ll say call the number they keep providing but nobody answers all these complaints on here about the same thing and nothing is changing at all
