so my son was attending this daycare I took him out Thursday April 23 . and always came home with scratches and hickey’s on his head no incident reports or anything was made he was attending the daycare on April 23 and kids spit in my son hair and everything ms Annie was highly disrespectful and very unprofessional the daycare was never structured the kids never learned anything in that daycare just seem to me people was just there for the money that’s all there was my son was the only child that got picked on in that daycar... read more

This is not the place to put your child if you are looking for stability. My Goddaughter would tell me that her teacher changes day to day and that does not contribute to a nurturing environment where young children feel comfortable going. It would often cause her to feel anxious and stressed and cause her not to go to a place she once loved.

I really wanted to love Brightside, but unfortunately, this facility was not the right fit for our family. There appears to be a lack of stability within the preschool classrooms, and I did not feel that the children were receiving meaningful learning experiences. The only consistent positive was Ms. Carol—she is incredibly caring and was the only person I truly felt comfortable leaving my child with. After my daughter transitioned out of the young toddler class, things noticeably declined. She began having frequent meltdown... read more
