My nephew went there a few months ago The staff was extra kind very Professional...The Classroom(s) were Exceptional Clean...My nephew graduated from there ready for Kindergarten. I felt at ease leaving my Nephew in their Care...I can't say enough about the Staff who is like Family..
The worker wouldn't even let me in the building. I was coming to do a walk through for the first time. She said that I can come back tomorrow, as she talked to me through the glass. No care in the world . I already heard bad reviews about the place , but I wanted to give it my own opinion and just from that , shows me how rude they are. Do not recommend that specific building , there is another one downtown to check out.
I sadly had to send my young sons there years ago briefly. It was like sending kids into horse stables. Then my son Austyn, who was 6 at the time, just told me that they took him to Point State Park for a field trip and he said he got in trouble. So as punishment, they made him write several times “I will not….”. I don’t know what type of punishment that is for a child from “professionals”.
I just wish there was more consistency with the workers. It’s always someone new or they’re short staffed and have turned children away. More on the lazy side as far as caring for the kids I often see children with snot all over them, the high chairs not being cleaned, workers walking around in infant room with outside shoes on. Could be improved but not worse than Metro that’s for sure
