I will be leaving a detailed review soon, but I want to share my experience. This was the worst daycare experience I have ever had. The director was consistently unorganized and seemed unprepared to properly manage the center. The staff frequently failed to follow the calendar they provided and instead appeared to make changes without proper communication to parents. This place is wonderful . My kid has been going here for a couple months now and I’ve never had a bad experience with him being there and they treat him like he’s their own!
Sure there's "nicer places" but our daughter was super happy when she went (ages 12 months to 3 years) and she has nothing but positive memories. She has grown into a well adjusted friendly and (importantly) a good well founded person. Bright side isn't really responsible for that, but they definitely helped support her on her early learning and socializing adventures. A definite recommendation from our family. Friendly people. Years later we're still glad she went.
