3 years ago this place was great. Now apparently other parents are allowed to pry into your child's medical history on no basis. And for $2000/month I feel like we shouldn't be harassed by other parents for my children being perfectly healthy/ vaccinated. Also, apparently $2000/month isn't enough of a payment for corporate to bother calling you back. I would rate lower than 1 star if it would let me based on the current way things have been handled.
Staff very unprofessional disrespectful wow was only 2 week my child was coming here a nerve for the teacher to speak to me rudely barely know me .. poor communication who clearly don’t enjoy wat they do old an grumpy ladies please check ur self I don’t tolerate disrespect
Hey everyone, Just wanted to share my amazing experience with Brightside Academy East Liberty! My little one went there from six weeks old all the way through preschool, and we couldn't have asked for better care. The staff were absolutely fantastic – so warm and caring. The director is incredibly knowledgeable and really understands kids. If you're looking for a daycare that truly prioritizes quality care, I wholeheartedly recommend Brightside Academy East Liberty. You won't be disappointed!
This is THE BEST daycare. They are honest, clean and always make sure your child is very well taken care of. The teachers are phenomenal.
