I am really frustrated with Sunriver’s services. I had an appointment at the Inwood location because my experience at the Hub was unsatisfactory—the front desk staff seemed disinterested, and my previous psychiatrist there didn't connect with me at all. I specifically requested to see Dr. R at Inwood, but when I arrived for my appointment, I was again seen by the same psychiatrist from the Hub. Called at 2:40, told them Id be 2 hours. Show up at 5 and they left early. Not cool. Takes an hour to get here. You screwed me on a Friday.
