Not happy. At all.
They are so corrupt!! Acs been paying them for confuse me ! And they saw all the abuse ACS and the Kings Family Court did to me and my children's and they never do anything to help us! Because ACS been paying them! See the corruption on New York city.
Take your insurance elsewhere! This place is horrible! Expect 3-4 hour wait times for scheduled appointments. Feels like waiting online at a Rite Aide. They tell you to wear a mask but you’ll see front desk staff not wearing masks, eating at front desk, talking - mainly talking and making you wait to check in. Expect to not be sent link for virtual appointment, your doctor to not show up for a virtual appointment and no one from the office to notify you if virtual appointment is running late.
