This has to be the finest organization I've ever ran into some people do fall between the cracks and there's nowhere to turn at times no one to help but brightpoint can make little miracles happen I really appreciate what all the fine people that work there do like Dan he's a great guy to work with brightpoint truly is a first responder for those in need God bless you for what you do keep up the great work
Don’t respect ppl time and I called them 3 time and each time they would tell me different thing. And on the last call they try to reschedule me. My apt was at 12:30 I waited and give them time before I try calling 3 different time just for them to tell me they either have a wrong number or they couldn’t reach me.
