When I went to turn in my paperwork at brightpoint, I felt like apologizing to the lady who took it because I clearly interupted whatever she was doing by my presence. Then we get a denial letter because we were $11 over the requirement, really brightpoint, denied over $11, like hell you are here to help people!!!!!
