I'm 65 unemployed having ALOT of trouble getting ANY assistance from these people! I signed up in December of 2024 now here at the end of May I owe 2000$ on electric bills they NEVER PLEDGED ANYTHING!!!! I can't pay. Scandalous!!!!!!
When I went to turn in my paperwork at brightpoint, I felt like apologizing to the lady who took it because I clearly interupted whatever she was doing by my presence. Then we get a denial letter because we were $11 over the requirement, really brightpoint, denied over $11, like hell you are here to help people!!!!!
