This has to be the finest organization I've ever ran into some people do fall between the cracks and there's nowhere to turn at times no one to help but brightpoint can make little miracles happen I really appreciate what all the fine people that work there do like Dan he's a great guy to work with brightpoint truly is a first responder for those in need God bless you for what you do keep up the great work
Don’t respect ppl time and I called them 3 time and each time they would tell me different thing. And on the last call they try to reschedule me. My apt was at 12:30 I waited and give them time before I try calling 3 different time just for them to tell me they either have a wrong number or they couldn’t reach me. extremely unprofessional. doesn’t answer phone calls, tells you they’ll respond in 5 business days but that comes and goes and nothing. also doesn’t respond to emails, doesn’t give updates for anything. not sure how you run a non-profit that’s to help people and not respond to people.
Trying to get in touch with corporate about having a disability & not being able to qualify for the bounce back program to get help.
Overall I have had a good experience with this organization and have found them helpful and caring. Today however I spoke to a lady who identified herself as Melissa and was answering the phones. When I asked to be transfer to my caseworker she informed me she was not allowed to transfer anyone. Why in the world would they hire someone to answer the phones and not allow them to transfer to their caseworker? When pressed she told me call a woman who was not my caseworker at a 800 number.
