This is an "ALL FOR SHOW --NOT VERY SMART BUT (sort of) CHRISTIAN-ENTERPRISE." One hand does not know what the other is doing. The "collectors of information" are very under-educated in their fields--amateurish with limited communication skills. The follow up calls you receive are from the lowest of all contacts you will have. Stick with reputable insurers. Giving this 3 stars instead of 5. Only because we have had so many issues getting an examiner out to our house. Two missed appointments on the examiners side with no calls. Spoken with several people from brightpeak and hoping to get this all resolved. It has definitely been a headache trying to get our policy started, missing work for it and then not have the nurse even call to cancel the appointment.
