The reviews don’t lie! Lucy and her team are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I found her salon after signing up for the License to Glow membership, and I’m so glad I did. There was a small hiccup when I forgot to book a blowout along with my all-over color, but Lucy kindly helped me work through a solution. She took the time to make sure I got the vibrant red I was hoping for, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. 10/10 recommend
Best salon in Queens! Lucy is my favorite she has been doing my hair for 10 years now. She is the sweetest and takes such good care of my curly hair! So rare to find salons that are good with curls. Prices are perfect compared to most salons these days, and absolutely worth it for the quality. I’m always looking forward to my next visit and getting to chat with Lucy and the other lovely ladies at BrighTouch Salon. Highly recommend!!!!!

I have always had a positive experience at this salon. Lucy is a very talented hairdresser, perhaps the most talented in Queens. I have been her customer for years— I refuse to go anywhere else— and I’m so happy that she opened her own business.
