Had scheduled a quote with the company. Received a text the same day saying they had "kind of an emergency" and asked if I could do another day/time. They provided 2 options. I selected one of them. They were a no call, no show. I texted them one hour after they were supposed to be there....no reply. No answer when I call, their voice mail was full. I'm bummed because they were very nice and seem to have a great product.
Met the owner at the Home Show. Owner seemed like a trustworthy person eager for business. Emailed home plans for an estimate. A month later never received estimate. When I contacted him he said he would have the estimate the following weekend. Of course I never received the estimate nor any communication. If you can do an estimate on time then most likely your product wont be done on time. Hard to find businesses who pride themselves on customer service these days.
