I’m currently living here, I can say that this community is very quiet since I’ve been here. I’ve had several incidents since I’ve been here and there’s only one maintenance guy on the property. When you ask for new things, they patch everything up. I am sick of seeing cockroaches and yet I have not seen any pest control come out to spray inside the apartment. Called multiple times, used their website features, and tried scheduling online... just trying to get a tour. After a few days of calling finally reached someone working and they said they don't show apartments and I should go look at pictures online. No thanks Edit: they replied below to this review after 3 years, with a generic reply. If that is any indication as to how well managed they are…

This was an incredibly frustrating application process that took weeks longer than it should have due to multiple emails and questions going unanswered. During this process, I asked for assistance in problem-solving and solutions, over the course of several weeks and multiple emails, to issues we were having that were not addressed once.
