So I have been living here for just over 2 months now and I have no idea why the reviews are so low. The community is quiet- but everyone is friendly. The area is safe as well. Kareen (the property manager) helped me get everything I needed in order to move in and answered all of my questions. She has been available and helpful whenever I have needed her. I’m currently living here, I can say that this community is very quiet since I’ve been here. I’ve had several incidents since I’ve been here and there’s only one maintenance guy on the property. When you ask for new things, they patch everything up. I am sick of seeing cockroaches and yet I have not seen any pest control come out to spray inside the apartment. I had a lot of things that went on in this apartment that was promised that would get fixed and never gotten fixed. I am being very patient with this property however,... read more
Called multiple times, used their website features, and tried scheduling online... just trying to get a tour. After a few days of calling finally reached someone working and they said they don't show apartments and I should go look at pictures online. No thanks Edit: they replied below to this review after 3 years, with a generic reply. If that is any indication as to how well managed they are…
