Not only are they incompetent in my view but they had the audacity to insult me personally because they did not like my review...guess it shows that not only are their work practices questionable but their ethics sadly match....of zero stars were an option, id award it

We received outstanding care for Millie our precious cat. Zoe was so caring, kind and loving with her soft words of empathy guided us through the journey step by step. It was incredible customer care. Dr. James was also so considerate with his soft manner and professionalism. We were advised to take as long as we liked with Millie. We were truly grateful for how Mille was cared for by Zoe and Dr James. We were surprised to receive a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from the Brighton Vet which was much appreciated.
