These people do not care about their residents! STAY AWAY! My neighbor that lived below me had a dog that was part pit and was aggressive towards everyone. Several people complained about it when it was on their balcony and growling at people who walked by. One day my daughter, her dog, and I were walking up our stairs and this dog ran out and attacked us and knocked me and our dog down the stairs so I called the office to let them know what happended and nothing ever happened. I have lived at this apartment complex for about four months now and I love it here. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is always quick to get anything fixed that may need it. They host resident events every month that have given us the chance to meet some of our neighbors, which I like a lot! They have various ways of communicating with us as well. They will send monthly calendars, update social media accounts, send emails, and texts about what's going on in the community, which I find resourceful because I... read more
