great place to live
Cool apartments, they honestly have to do some renewing so they can justify the price. Management is so slow with maintenance orders. And white gloves are way too strict for what the apartments are. I followed the list exactly how it describes the job that had to be done, and still failed the white gloves and got charged a stupid amount of money. Never coming back. If you're going to live somewhere that's strict about white cleanliness, make it worth it, somewhere with better resources.
I love living at Brighton! The homes look as if they are newly built, the community is friendly and the management is willing to work with you when necessary AND I have met some lifelong friends here 10/10 experience
My semesters at Brighton had some of the best roommates. The apartments are okay! However, my experience with past managers about clean checks and being charged with things that weren’t our fault at the end of the semester left me feeling annoyed. It honestly felt like doing white glove cleaning every other week. If you like that then go to Brighton, otherwise, I would find somewhere else.
Great Place to live! Affordable and management is amazing!
