My semesters at Brighton had some of the best roommates. The apartments are okay! However, my experience with past managers about clean checks and being charged with things that weren’t our fault at the end of the semester left me feeling annoyed. It honestly felt like doing white glove cleaning every other week. If you like that then go to Brighton, otherwise, I would find somewhere else.
Great Place to live! Affordable and management is amazing!
i have loved living here at Brighton! the townhomes are spacious and the ward is amazing. it’s hard to find a place like this in rexburg but i would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that is looking for a complex that has the vibe with more RM’s and older college student. not to mention the townhomes themselves are super clean and maintenance is well taken care of. look no further in rexburg if this sounds like a place for you!!
Brighton Townhouses and Apartments is a great place to live! The apartments are clean and well maintained. The amenadies include parking, laundry in each apartment, and a clubhouse to hangout in. Management is awesome and makes sure that the tenants are well taken care of!
