Robbed my girlfriend of her deposit that was an issue from previous semesters. They knew about it and did it to all her roommates. Management in total stole 400$ from everyone to remove a command hook from someone from a previous semester. The apartments were nice tho
Girls only have townhouse. Application fee $25. Security deposit $150.
Living there was great and i enjoyed it the whole time!, buuut if you don't have pictures of everything and I mean EVERY SINGLE THING IN THE HOUSE! from the move in day, if you dont they will charge you for it even though they know that it was already there just because you cant prove it wasn't you Again- great place to live, very fun but when it's time to leave they are sneaky with the charges
I have loved living at Brighton! Management is quick to respond, and very friendly. Clean checks can be strict, but management is very clear about what you need to fix.
