They definitely have thieves on their staff. They "LOST" a $1,400 outgoing package and nobody cared enough to investigate. They just blew me off.
My grandparents got an apartment here when the building first opened. Ever since my grandparents are gone and the building has gone through other management it’s gone to shit. The bathtub is constantly clogged and every time we ask to get it repaired the management couldn’t care less about it getting fixed. The water is shut off literally every month and when the water comes back on it’s un-drinkable and disgusting! The lack of care or regard for myself and my family is not unnoticed. Shame on management! It’s a disgrace
