Reception staff were professional and Doctor was friendly and helpful. Fortunate to have this service although there should be more of them.

Really good service. Dr really listened and was very analytical in coming up with his analysis. Waited less than an hour on a Saturday mid morning which I thought was quite good as it’s a drop in.

The people who work here aren't really the friendliest. Went first thing in the morning. I had to go in to get a prescription for what I think is strep throat. GP never listened to my breathing, only looked down my throat and filled it. Seemed he just wanted to get rid of me. It could be nemonia and or a few different viruses and if never know if what he prescribed was correct. Only checked my temp other then that no tests were done and he sent me on my way. My mum was staying with us and came down with a chest infection. We were advised to go to the walk-in clinic. The ladies on reception were lovely, the doctor was so helpful and she was seen within 20 minutes.
