I was visiting Brighton for a conference and had the need to see a GP on a Sunday. It was busy, as expected, the receptionist was very calm and professional, the atmosphere in the waiting room was respectful. The GP (Dr Salim) was very thorough, providing excellent care. Staff were all professional and patient. I was listened to without being hurried or interrupted. The doctor eased my embarrassment at my situation by showing empathy and kindness. After my consultation, reception staff found a local pharmacy that was still open - making it possible for me to collect my medications immediately - and not to have to wait until the following day. Went in this morning to have a skin rash looked at and got the prescription the same day. The staff was very professional and helpful. Thank you!
Everything was efficient. I got the right advice after examination at 7. 30pm after a short wait. Reception and GP were helpful. I avoided a hospital visit which I would otherwise have had to do. An important service for Brighton. Practice closes 8pm.
