Be aware: they are not able to urgently remove IUD (coil) here! I am a current patient with this clinic and they are my GP. 10/10 as a GP and 1/10 as a walk-in service. Every time I come here as a patient all walk-in guests are not happy and now I know why. I had to remove my coil urgently because of persistent pain and bleeding and they turned me away. Waited about an hour , no problem. Doctor was excellent and listened carefully to my issue and gave me useful information and a prescription. Excellent resource.
I took my 80yr old husband to this walk in clinic as he is on blood thinners and a small cut had been dripping blood for over 6 hrs. Had already tried local pharmacy who couldn't help and after calling 111 as advised was still waiting for call back after over an hour. My husband has dementia and was very confused but was treated with care and respect. The bleeding was stopped and we were on our way in under an hour. Far better option than A&E
