Unsafe, dirty and old It takes forever till maintenance is done. They try to save money wherever they can. There apartments are old, wood counters which start to peal of. They don't fix it just say: " We know we are old". The police is here every week and this week a woman was shot and killed in the apartment. Trash is always full of rats and stinks. They increase the prize every year more than 5%. The club house with fitness center and pool is closed since more than 6 month. Not a good place.
