Been around to a few other dealers with no luck or help. But I'm very happy to say that Josh Sawicki went above and beyond and found me the car I was after. I went to the dealership at 12:45 today and there was only one person in the showroom - a large fellow in the office at the back on the right, eating lunch and talking on the phone. He saw me but made no effort to acknowledge me nor assist. I walked around the showroom a few times and saw no-one else. What a disappointment! We took our brand new RV for a recall issue and we got it back damaged but management refused to take responsibility. We can’t prove they did the damage but they can’t prove they didn’t! No such thing as SERVICE anymore.

I had an error message mentioning the gearbox and anti-pollution system on my Renault Clio RS last year. The vehicle was then towed to Brighton Renault for diagnosis and repair. I have paid around 1k overall, and they only suspected a battery issue and changed the battery for me. Also, they assumed the computer and gearbox may have issues and suggested changing them if the fault appeared again but can't guarantee the issue will be resolved.
