My family bought 2 Renaults in the last two years, Koleos and a Captur of which we are very happy. A recent battery problem was quickly resolved with the help of the manager Mark Bradley. Great customer service experience.
this is absolutely useless service place i ever met, even 1 start is too much. we serviced Van on 25th Feb with bunch of problems, when we get the Van 3 days later, nothing has been fixed, ring back and been told wait for another 6 weeks..... hope the manager can see this review and escalate the service for any future customer.

Been around to a few other dealers with no luck or help. But I'm very happy to say that Josh Sawicki went above and beyond and found me the car I was after. The Megane E-Tech Night Blue & Diamond Black 2-tone . Couldn't be happier with the service provided to me by Josh and his team at Renault Brighton.
