I have just had my Koleos serviced today. I cannot fault Renault Brighton - the entire experience has been first class. The service desk staff are friendly and courteous and very careful to ensure that all aspects of the service (both pre and post the work being done) are carefully explained. And on return, the car had been well valeted. 11 out of 10 :-)
