Made an appointment at 3.00pm arrived just before and was greeted by extremely RUDE man then stated could not fit me in because had an MRI. No people skills at all just so rude.

I called the number on the sign at the premises I was told to come back after 12 o’clock!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable. I’ve got a broken ankle and I need an x-ray but I know where I won’t be going. NB::::You can see by the response the type of customer service you will get at this clinic.

The owner was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to explain everything and even provided me with a program to help my chronic pain condition. He did what all the other specialists couldn't. I am in the too hard basket for them, but David gave me hope again. Thank you. I will be recommending your practice to other chronic pain suffers who need imaging and understanding.
terribly rude!! called over the phone to ask a simple question regarding what kind of scan they do. and a very rude man answered (american accent) and told me “how about you read the website & don’t bother calling” i’m disgusted. how about you have more care and compassion you rude angry little man.
