Rude receptionists, with extremely unprofessional behaviour. Website is misleading with false information.
I felt judged and wasn’t offered any help in regards to the problems and concerns I brought forward. The doctor seems to want appointments to claim for money without actually putting the work into suggesting a referral to a specialist or helping with issues I’m bringing to their attention especially in regards to my child and my concerns. Instead relying on others to make referrals that are not in their per view and should be referred to from a family doctor. While their website states “To better serve our community, we offer walk-in services for our patients on weekends… to ensure accessible care when it’s needed most.” They neglect to mention that you can only access the clinic if the doctor you were assigned works the after hours clinic. The rest of us plebs are still left to scramble and find alternate care.
