I have lived here for going on 3 years now. The building is old but the low rent reflects this. I love my apartment. It is large and open with beautiful natural light from windows in the front and back. I love my large balcony. My apartment has lots of storage and a large separate kitchen. Both on-site and office staff are friendly and helpful. This is a smaller community with limited staff so sometimes the wait for repairs is longer than the larger complexes but it does get done. Brighton Plaza Apartments is definitely an older building with flaws and outdated materials. Upon signing our lease, we were promised that multiple multiple things in our apartment would be fixed before we moved in... they never got fixed. On top of that, they pushed our move-in date back... causing us to lose money with rescheduling moving trucks and time off work. The real kicker was that the landlord kicked us out of the apartments after never having any late payments, never being disruptive, or anything for 4 years. We h... read more

Brighton Plaza apartments is overall a nice and quiet community. Definitely an older building with some flaws and outdated appliances, however, because of that you get a quality-size apartment. The apartments are all well-kept for their age, and the current building manager is absolutely awesome and great at dealing with any problems that arise in the unit. Overall a great place to live, price and size of apartment are spot-on, and the community is full of kind people. Would definitely recommend!

Avoid at all costs! This and any other property from the Sam Cassar Company. They're total crooks, unreasonable and should be out of business!
