I have a son with an infected toe. I have been trying all week to get this issue taken care of. I leave a message at the front desk. And I never got an answer back. I called the next day they have no record of my call. I then have a receptionist who starts getting really stupid with me. She tells me don't yell. My daughter call Brighton Pediatrics about a month and a half ago to set up my grandsons 4month appt. this was due to change doctors from thornton because she was unsatisfied. So she goes to send his shot records today and of course they have no record of this appt or my grandson having a appt for tomorrow. Idk what it is with pediatricians these days but doctor these days suck. I hate to say this but this has been a horrible experience with pediatrics. I will never step foot in Brighton Peds again. The nurse who saw my son today was extremely rude. My son is 8 years old and has been sick for a few days with a fever and sore throat, the nurse informed me that she had to do a rapid strep test. She came at my son without explaining what she was doing and started sticking the Qtip down his mouth - he jumped back and she yelled at him and said "if you do not stay still, I have three nurses in the hall that is willing to come in here and hold you down so I can do this test, I ha... read more
Great Pediatric Office Very good doctors, Dr. Martin & Dr. Warnake are excellent and very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to any new parent.
