Absolute DUMP NOISY Neighbors and poor floor plans. You feel and hear EVERY thump and bump in the complex. New management Andi doesn’t do ANYTHING to rectify any problems or issues that arise Silly to think that they would put families of 10 or more on 3rd floor apartments and have kids running around ALL times of the night. My current neighbors above run a daycare during the day and all you hear is racket 24/7. The management of this establishment is 100 percent helpful in helping with problems and assists with everything. Had children running around crazy and they completely stopped them.
My aunty lives there and the neighbors kids are allowed to damage the hallway. Run and scream in the hallway. Talked to the mother and she said they can play in the hallway, Okay???? Management have been notified let's see what happens!!
This apartment complex used to be very nice when we moved in, although the floor plan has never been ideal... However, since 2020, things have gone downhill, and since CIHA no longer manages the property, it's gotten especially bad. The affordability of a 3bd, 2bth apartment at the rate offered is it's only redeeming feature at this point. Our building fire alarms go off at least once a month since last year, and due to this I no longer feel comfortable leaving my young teens at home just in case there's a real emergency.
