Been here for about two years now they give you a sheet of paper to fill out of things that needs to be fixed . It took them a year to fix those things. The floors are cheaply made and come up on their own . The piping in the units have issues. Its water damage on the wall near my wash machine due to faulty piping . Water leaks from the floors . I have been at Brighton Park for a few years now and I love it! All of the staff (literally everyone!) treat you like family! They’re kind, courteous, and very helpful. They take the time to ask about you, make you feel comfortable no matter when/where and take the time to fully answer your questions. Everything runs very smoothly! My favorite features are the coffee bar and pool (even if I don’t get to use them much!) and I love how they do community events like Wine Down Wednesday or Mimosa Mondays, the pool party, etc
I loved my time at Brighton Park Apartments. The neighborhood was nice, neighbors were friendly, and my apartment was clean when I moved in. The leasing office was super responsive and flexible with my needs, and made the move-in/move-out process super smooth. If I still lived in Greenville, this is where I would still be living!
Wanted to leave a review to recognize top-notch customer service. I'm relocating from NY and anticipated that long distance planning and communication would be difficult. However, Brighton Park employee Matthew has made this transition seemless and easy. He has been readily available to answer all of my questions, address my concerns and has even given me local information on the area.
