Wanted to leave a review to recognize top-notch customer service. I'm relocating from NY and anticipated that long distance planning and communication would be difficult. However, Brighton Park employee Matthew has made this transition seemless and easy. He has been readily available to answer all of my questions, address my concerns and has even given me local information on the area. Sending this out to ANYONE who might get screwed over like me. Sent a bill of 1100 to collections and they couldn’t even tell me why so I contacted the collections agency and they told me it was from them replacing my floor and for carpeting?????? My place didn’t even have carpet so it’s likely I just paid for someone else to have it. Also there was zero notice to any “repairs” they had to do. Brighton Park is the best place to live in. It’s really nice and quiet and very clean. The management team is very friendly and nice to everyone. I love it here and would recommend everyone to join us here.
I enjoy where I stay because they show they care. I was out walking and was presented with breakfast from one of the staff and I love Chick-fil-A. I love where I live.
