The exterior of the building looked similar to what was shown online. We wanted to tour the area but there was light rain outside. I didn’t mind the rain but wanted to get some additional details around availability and floor plans, however we felt a bit rushed by the person at the front desk. We were told they had someone moving into the complex momentarily so they did not have a lot of time to discuss. We asked for a brochure and got directed to their website. I'm still in the process of moving in, but everything's been great so far! Matthew is especially helpful and has gone above and beyond to make sure my physical limitations are being accommodated. This is by far the best customer service I've seen at any apartment in Greenville. The only reason this is 4 and not 5 stars is that the website is very glitchy and difficult to use. That's not really the biggest deal, but I do hope that the resident portal will run smoother than the applicant one. Overall, I'm very excited to move ... read more
