Started going there a few weeks ago to specifically practice swimming in my mermaid tail. When I first went I had asked if the facility allowed the tails and after being assured that it was fine by one of the staff members I purchased a pass for the next few months. I've been a few times but Today a friend and I were told we weren't allowed to swim in them. Whoever ran, organized, or is responsible for the Eggstravaganza disaster today should be locked in a room with the sounds of all the kids they made cry to keep them company. What a colossal embarrassment.
