Never going back! I made an appointment like I always do for a pedicure, and the person who answers always seems put out. I had to call back to switch my time and she said I need to stop calling and hung up. That was a couple weeks ago. Today I stopped in and asked to get a pedicure with Holli who I always get, they said to come back in 30 minutes, so I did and she said to come back in an hour. Got a full set and within less than a week a nail popped off. My nails are not even at all and my middle fingers look wide! The same thing happened with my mother as well. For a full set that costed 75 dollars, you would expect better quality. After i broke off that nail in under a week (this was not my fault) i went back into the salon to get it fixed and was charged 10 bucks!?! The color on the replacement nail isn’t even correct and im incredibly frustrated.

Very rude on the phone. You can't understand her. Makes you feel like an idiot and doesn't want to take appointments and when she does she never rights it down. They do good baul work but thw owner is rude on the phone.

I took my daughter and 2 granddaughters to this nail salon for what was supposed to be a fun girls' day. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by something completely inappropriate! The TV in the salon was showing pornographic content while customers, including children, were present. I was shocked and immediately asked that it be turned off. I have been going here for years, the last two experiences I have had were awful. I will NEVER go back. TLDR they told me to leave and come back because they were closing and didn’t have enough time to finish my manicure, and cut my pedicure short. I got there right before 6 (they close at 730) and asked for a mani/pedi. They said no problem and brought me back. I waited 40 minutes with my feet in the water before someone even got to me.
