I love it here nice and relaxing and friendly staff this is my 3rd pedicure here and I will definitely be coming back
I should’ve looked at reviews before going, but as the other reviews say the pedicures are very rushed and I have crooked acrylic nails. Staff seems nice, but the service isn’t worth the price. The website prices aren’t what they charge. I got a basic pedi and french tip acrylics the pedi was $51 and the nails were 80.
I'm new to this area and looking for a place to be a long term customer. A friend recommended Brighton Nails Spa to me so I decided to give it a try. I went in for a set of acrylics nails. They were crooked and the french tips chipped off few hours after I left there. The tech didn't pay attention to my nails so she ended up cutting my cuticles on multiple nails. I ended up going down the street and found a better salon that helped me fix this mess. I don't recommend this place.
I have been a loyal customer since 2021 and Ahn is the absolute best in the business. However, over the past 6 months, this place has really gone down hill. The cleanliness of the salon has grossly declined and there’s been an issue with 3 out of my last 5 appointments- even after double checking before hanging up. They rush you off the phone- and it has resulted in double booking or saying Ahn wasn’t available when I arrived. Then they look at you like you’re stupid when you decline someone else?? The worst place I've ever been. Staff were talking in their language a lot and not focusing on their work. My pedicure was awful, yet they still pushed me to give them a good review. The price list doesn't matter because they charge whatever price they want. I felt bad because this was my daughter's first pedicure and she should've been able to enjoy it more. It was too bad I couldn't give 0 star.
