Find another dealer/shop. This used to be a reliable store. Bought my zero turn there & had it serviced several times. Things are different now. They failed to pick-up on back-to-back occasions then said couldn't pick-up - truck unavailable. Now I don't trust them to do servicing.
The owner is sarcastic, ignore him or he will not render a quality job with your mower.
After visiting a Victor, NY Ariens dealer who INSISTED on knowing the motor model number; I didn't have it, brought the starter motor with me - had the part number attached. Drove all the way home and stopped at Brighton Mower. They recognized the motor right away. Pulled the parts and the finished motor wase rreday for pick up less than 24 hours later. Friendly, excellent service.
