on 8/02/2021 I took my sears tractor mower to Brighton mower for service. The mower would not stay running. On 8/01/2021 the carburetor was cleaned twice and put back in, with a new fuel filter, the gas in the mower was one week old, and had no problem with the battery. On 8/14/2021 Brighton Mower call and said that the mower was ready, the cost was $143.04 I asked what they did? they stated that (NEW BATTERY, DRAIN FUEL, RUN W/ FRESH GAS, NEW FUEL FILTER, CLEAN THE CARBURETOR ) I stated all of the above was done prior to br... read more

Bought a zero turn mower from this dealer, owner Dave serviced my mower last year, went to take my blades off to sharpen could not remove. Called Dave today said blades were put on by air gun and they tighten while driving. Never heard of us using a air gun on blades, he also wanted to charge me to come get it again. Please do not use this dealer There are more honest people out there trying to earn your business, and will give you great customer service during and after the sale.

Find another dealer/shop. This used to be a reliable store. Bought my zero turn there & had it serviced several times. Things are different now. They failed to pick-up on back-to-back occasions then said couldn't pick-up - truck unavailable. Now I don't trust them to do servicing.
The owner is sarcastic, ignore him or he will not render a quality job with your mower.
Had many a chainsaw blades sharpened and chainsaws repaired.
After visiting a Victor, NY Ariens dealer who INSISTED on knowing the motor model number; I didn't have it, brought the starter motor with me - had the part number attached. Drove all the way home and stopped at Brighton Mower. They recognized the motor right away. Pulled the parts and the finished motor wase rreday for pick up less than 24 hours later. Friendly, excellent service.
