Great place I've never had to wait more than a day here I broke down the highway twice in the last 6 months had my car towed there same-day repairs reasonable Friendly I highly recommend these mechanics in the Brighton area
I usually dont write reviews, but really wanted to support Brighton Motor after bringing my car there over the holiday. The owner knows my name, the manager shakes my hand... My whole family has always brought their cars to these guys. I have sent friends and co-workers to them as well, and have never had a problem. This place is a lucky find with excellent service. All the repairs made to my car were a fraction of the cost of any other shop in the area. I have brought my car here on several occasions and they even give me discounts for being a return customer. I have a late model Acura and they have fixed things that other shops could not even figure out. I am surprised by the previous review and highly doubt it is genuine. These guys are great! I live in Brighton and every time I've had an issue with my car I always call them. They are fast, cheap and reliable. I took off one star because I do wish they had a seating area where you could sit and wait for your car and watch TV like some of the other dealerships have. Regardless of that they always offer to drive me anywhere I need to go so that is never an issue. Take my word for it , these guys are great!
Brighton Motor Service has always given me the best service and bang for my buck . I own a Mercedes C300 and every time I used to take it to the dealership I was always charged $300-$400 bucks just for a diagnosis. One time the Mercedes dealership charged me $500 just to tell me that my AC was broken when I came in saying it was broken. All they did was flush the blue fluid through the car and for $500 told me what I already knew and didn't fix it! This is by far the worst services I have ever encountered. When I first took my car in for a simple tune up, I had trouble telling who worked there and who was a customer. After 10 minutes of standing around, someone finally asked me what I needed. A man took my keys and took off with my car. I live close by so I would periodically check in with where my car was in the process. When I drove by I saw that it had not moved from the same spot for two days.
