This clinic has one of the worst Practice Managers and some extremely, incompetent staff members. They are incapable of taking the simplest of messages including phone numbers. The GP I was seeing actually laughed when I opened up to him about being assaulted by a family member and this family member has been previously charged with similar acts on my sibling.
