I have been a patient of Chan for over thirty years, I ALWAYS have been polite to Chan and his staff. All of a sudden I was in my pharmacy obtaining a prescription and the Pharmacist in the Marion Mall wanted to speak to chan for NEGLIGENCE on sending an original scrip which is MANDATORY By LAW. The health centre declined and then the pharmacist said he would report him to the proper authorities if he did not send in the original script. I had nothing to do with this! Worst service ever!
Dr Chan seems to have no idea, ends up I've got a broken ankle I say want ultrasound and X-ray thinking its torn ligaments he first says X-ray I say we'll both he ends up giving me a referral just for ultrasound saying 'ligament strain'saying once got crutches just take panadol that will take pressure crutches will stop it hurting so much. Well turns out broken. Or my friend he gave panadol osteo for an ear infection!?! Already found a way better doctor in hove
