Would not recommend Brighton Mazda. Professional team but if you are looking for a reasonable price, go to a different Mazda dealership. 1. A used car is priced at the same price as a demo with zero room for negotiation. 2. Sales also made it clear that they would not negotiate prices on a new car either lol Cars are sold as exactly the price listed on the Mazda website. 3. Good thing is that they are very upfront about it so we didn't waste our time. Neither did they.

We purchased a new Mazda CX30 last week, Nicholas was extremely informative and helpful in guiding us through the process. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The car ticks all the boxes except it would be great to have a printed manual especially for us oldies. Highly recommend.
It seems as though once you have purchased the car any ounce of receiving decent service is gone out the window. Celeste is really helpful and was really good at instructing how the dash cam I got installed worked but I also got paint protection reapplication after an accident. The car wasn’t cleaned I don’t even know how they managed to put the paint protection without cleaning the car. There was dust and debris everywhere.
