I have purchased Mazdas before, and I have done it from other dealers, so I have a few points of comparison. The salesperson I dealt with, Abe, was fantastic. Absolutely no complaints; service was outstanding. Bought my new car from Brighton Mazda recently. The test drive was great and I love the vehicle, but the overall experience was disappointing and high-pressure. Sales rep started off friendly but overloaded me with info. I was told the car had "12 months rego," but it actually expires in just one month – a critical detail they didn't clarify upfront.
