I spoke with a pharmacist named Claudia, who refused to accept a verbal prescription from the provider’s office for a specialty medication. While I understand that some pharmacies have their own policies, I was surprised that a verbal prescription for Dupixent was not accepted. This created unnecessary delay in patient’s care and was very frustrating. I call in verbal prescriptions all the time and never had this experience. Whenever we have to call Brighton Marine Pharmacy for something related to our dad, the care and service we receive is exceptional. Without a doubt, this is the best pharmacy we have ever worked with. They go above and beyond to make sure our dad has the medication he needs, when he needs it. Kudos to Behishta who helped us a few days ago and again today. She has wonderful listening skills and empathy.

They are very difficult to do business with. You can only reach them by phone during the week. I was supposed to have my medicine on auto refill but it never showed on Saturday. I have to wait till Monday to call and then another 2 weeks for my prescription. I'm not happy with the company at all.
