They are very difficult to do business with. You can only reach them by phone during the week. I was supposed to have my medicine on auto refill but it never showed on Saturday. I have to wait till Monday to call and then another 2 weeks for my prescription. I'm not happy with the company at all.
I don’t know what’s going on with them but when it comes to calling in for meds to be delivered like it has always been, I don’t get it till like over a week and that’s only because I have to call them. These meds can only be refilled within a small window that I take weekly and I don’t get them in time!! They even say they will overnight it and 3 days later I get it, that’s not overnight!
