HORRIFIC MANAGEMENT - Blerina has been awful to work with. We went without electricity in our apartment for FOUR days and three nights. We called maintenance and housing twelve times and were met with little to no urgency or concern. We have eight screenshots to prove our efforts to get this resolved. Shady management company. Regret signing with them. Cant wait for my lease to end. Unfortunately im having to post this through a different account because i know they will retaliate. They have done so to my neighbors. All i gotta say to anyone that is looking to sign with them, think twice and ask your neighbors in the building and they will tell you. All the reviews that have 5 stars is from employees and their friends and family. Please save yourself and do not rent any apartments from them. Issues are not resolved. Numerous buildings have bed bug problems but on their lease they say they do not have. Save you the trouble and look somewhere else. Serina the property manager whom ive dealt is horrible at fixing your issues.
