From the time I entered the office, I was greeted kindly and politely by the staff. I was introduced to each member of the team and the Orthodontist who met with me. I really appreciated the fact that they were not a "hard sell" and that when the main Ortho Dr. needed additional info, she was able to consult with Senior Staff for direction.
My daughter had great experience with the staff at the Brighton location. I would highly recommend them
