I had a 7 week experience with Brighton taking care of my mom. In that time, they took 5 weeks to get her a proper mattress, ignored assisted living requests to bandage a bed sore wound until it had grown to 3 times it's original size and they also ignored requests to up my mom's pain meds as she continued to suffer.
