My experience was rough and with uncompassionate attitudes of those in charge caring for the patients. Lack of consistent nursing with bad attitudes. Brighton took the most important time for me to be with my loved one. The nurse was going once a week and she should have been going more. I should have been notified that she was actively dying so the family could have been by her side and she not die alone. For this reason and the lack of Brighton’s concern for us, I will not recommend them to anyone.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their staff has the most compassion and they really take their time and are attentive to each patient’s needs. One of their nurses, Melissa, is the best I’ve ever seen. She’s truly happy to go above and beyond with every single patient. I’m also very impressed with Travis, their chaplain who brings joy to everyone around him. 11/10 I recommend them to anyone seeking hospice services.
I wanted to share our experience of how exceptional Brighton Hospice was with the recent care of my terminally ill godfather. From the time we initially reached out to Janelle to inquire about his eligibility through final assistance when he passed away, we couldn't have been more pleased with Brighton Hospice services. Brighton Hospice cared for my aunt and all the staff were truly incredible. The intake coordinator was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what to expect during her admission process. Her care team were compassionate and very supportive to me and my family during that difficult time. I will always be grateful to the Brighton Hospice Michigan team.
Brighton Hospice is a stellar organization. The staff are kind and the quality of care is unmatched. I would recommend Brighton Hospice to anybody who is seeking hospice care services.
