This organization is terrible, the staff assigned is always changing frequently because their employees never last long (red flag). The communication is also awful, the staff are unprofessional and rude. They were supposed to help a family member of mine, but there was issues constantly.

In the Assisted Living business, we see many hospice companies attend to residents in their time of need. Brighton Hospice not only meets that need but surpasses all expectations! Communication is exceptional among departments but more importantly with the assisted living and families! From nursing to chaplains to therapists, Brighton Hospice has raised the bar!

Lovely care team they have been wonderful to work with transitioned a particularly challenging family to accept services that were badly needed and facilitated the best possible outcome providing support to the mothers family, but also and most importantly to the resident, ensuring her comfort in her last months with us Our team was particularly grateful for the compassionate care, delivered by the home health aide, Betsy But really, the entire Care team was wonderful and continues to do a great job in our building
