Shout out to Brighton Hospice, Madison - this entire team is incredible, thank you!
My mom was under their care and when she was in extreme pain in the night, I called for help. The nurse on call was flippant and more importantly, said she was driving and currently in Iowa so could not help beyond talking to the memory care center where she was living. It was horrific and inexcusable. It has been over a year and I will always remember the unnecessary pain she was in because they did not provide the key support that they were supposed to do.
Brighton Hospice comes to the Assisted Living facility I work at and they provide excellent care. They all do such a great job and the communication is always there. They definitely go above and beyond not just for those that they care for but for everyone else involved as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Hospice services.
Rayvin Wells is such a friendly and helpful CNA, she takes her time when she is helping our residents. She always has a cheerful smile on her face.
