This hospice team was extraordinary. Their kindness, professionalism, and calm support during such a difficult time meant more than words can express.
As an administrator of a Memory Care community in the Springfield/Eugene area, there are several hospice companies to partner with. My community largely chooses to work with Brighton because of the exceptional staff including RN Willow, CNA’s Sara and Diams, Liaison Chandra, and several other support team that frequent our building. The attention my residents get from the daily CNA visits is second to none and valuable to my operation.
I am the nurse wellness director of an assisted living facility in Eugene Oregon (and a previous hospice nurse) and always recommend Brighton Hospice as our number one choice for hospice services to all of my residents and families when end of life care is needed. Their whole team has exceptional compassion, care, and a high level of expertise regarding hospice care and services. Our facility uses Brighton for many of our hospice patients. I cannot say enough good things. The team is amazing from intake to the end. The commitment to their patients is amazing and they are available around the clock for whatever support is needed. Love love love them!
