We love our new Brighton home. Super great build. Our relator,Janita, was amazing. Helped us through the entire buying experience, was always available, and clearly addressed all our questions. We we be enjoying our new home for a long, long time.
Brighton has been wonderful to work with. Our first time buying with a builder and they have been a great choice. They seem to go above and beyond. Their attention to our desires has left us impressed (as well as our realtor). Our only disappointment would be the limitations set on being able to make modifications early on in the process. Besides picking one of four preset packages for interior design, there are limited options to what you are able to do to your build. My husband and I recently purchased a new home with the expert help of McKenna. She was professional and personable through the entire process. She was very knowledgeable. Her response time to our questions was excellent! She has continued to be available even after closing on our home. Our superintendent, Tim and his assistant, Ryan were very professional and took care of any items that came up during our walkthrough in a timely manner. We appreciate the entire team and their prompt communication!
