We have closed escrow and moved into our new home. We are loving our home built by Brighton Homes. The process went as smooth as new construction can go thanks to the Project Co-ordinator Natalee, the Project Manager Caleb and all the others that keep the project on time by coordinating all the moving parts. We’re coming up on our one year living in our Brighton home in Arbor, and the warranty experience has not been a great one. We had some pretty major floor creaks in the upstairs master that was caused by a loose hanger for the floor truss. Getting that repaired wasn’t too much of an issue, but they made it seem like they were doing us a favor rather than owning that there was a fault. I represented a buyer purchasing a Brighton home and it was a stellar process- truly one of the best I've had with a builder. The home itself was beautiful, but the real difference was their attention to details. Each step - the NHO, NHP, etc- was clearly outlined and executed with care. I would highly recommend Brighton to my clients and colleagues!
Charles Jeffus made our Brighton Homes purchase seamless. He and Brighton Homes were so patient while our other home took an extra long time to close. They were so patient and understanding. We are truly grateful for them. In Arbor there are beautifully landscaped walking paths behind a lot of the homes making the backyards feel extra spacious. Every day I look around and feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful home in such a phenomenally landscaped subdivision.
Latest update: The warranty team has fixed my sprinkler system and landscape by replacing the dead plants and grass. I appreciate their efforts. I’m writing to update my review because the warranty is truly disappointing. They’ve been repeatedly pushing my landscape request despite it’s still in warranty.
