Coverage was amazing! We started with Bristol after 10:00 at night after my mom fell and broke her hip. We had spent several hours at ER in local hospital when we decided not to do surgery, because she was 94 and unable to walk living in the memory unit of an assisted living facility. We took her back to two RN's at her ALF. They set her up in Hospice and we received many visits for mom in the next few days before she passed. What a blessing Bristol was to her and to us. Our mother passed in May of this year and previous to her passing, we worked with Bristol Hospice from Murray. We started with them in October of 2024 and benefited from their services until mom passed in May 2025. Our neighbor had used their services and told us about them and they were wonderful to work with from the very first meeting! Lisa @ Bristol Hospice took care of my mother as though she was her own mother from March 2024 to Sept 20th 2024--when my mother passed away. Lisa was an Angel from Heaven! She knew her job extremely well, she was not a pushover--she made sure all went well with showers, meds, meals.
