The building management is shocking. The spa hasnt ever been working. Ever! The management is constantly hosing down concrete whilst drinking alcohol till 11pm. They even go into your apartment when they know you arent there. Once one of them with a beard barked like a dog at a guest while he was "hosing" the concrete. No privacy and no maintenance.

Brighton Grand is a magnificent property, it is truely luxurious with extraordinary views and spacious living well beyond anything I have experienced on the Gold Coast.
