The reception staff here are appalling. Rude, miserable, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. It’s baffling how this is tolerated, as it drives patients away—I’d rather go anywhere else than deal with them again.
I was referred to Dr Keith Noack mid 2024 for chronic gut issues that have really impacted my day to day and he said to me "what if i told you i didn't care". Highly recommended Dr Catherine Sorrell instead, gives you the time of day and is working through different options
